Llorca, one of this generation's most groundbreaking and innovative composers, wrote this opera about a lonely woman, addicted to the Internet, who lives in her own fantasy world. “Las Horas Vacias" features an internationally renown cast; French conductor Emmanuel Plasson, Spanish soprano Laura Alonso, Brazilian actress/soprano Angelica de la Riva, the New York Opera Society Orchestra, the Manhattan Choral Ensemble, and virtual stage designs by German director Joachim Schamberger.
